Terms & Conditions

About these terms
These terms apply whenever you buy from Camrilo. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and condition grading
Most stock is brand new. Some items are graded pre-owned and clearly labelled with a condition: New, Like New, Very Good, Good, or Acceptable — see the About page for what each grade means. Every item is checked before dispatch. Product photos are representative; for graded pre-owned items, the exact unit you receive may show minor wear consistent with its stated grade.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock levels and prices accurate, but errors can happen — if an item turns out to be mispriced or unavailable after you order, we'll contact you before charging you, and you can cancel if you'd rather not proceed.
Orders and payment
Payment is handled by our certified payment provider at checkout; we never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability), in which case you'll be refunded in full.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly and ship from the UK. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns and refunds
See our FAQ & Returnspage for how to request a return. As a UK consumer, you also have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and, for most online purchases, a right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — these terms don't affect those rights.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Let us know straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
Liability
We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
